Technical Process: Aerobic + Anaerobic Fusion Treatment Process
Construction Content: Comprehensive processing workshop, sewage treatment workshop, anaerobic reactor, biogas pretreatment facilities, deodorization facilities, and other ancillary facilities.
Treatment Scale: Total processing scale of 635 tons per day, including 400 tons per day of kitchen waste, 200 tons per day of food waste, and 35 tons per day of waste cooking oil.
Operation Time: Phase I of the project was completed and put into operation in March 2017; Phase II was completed and put into operation in November 2019, and in 2021 and 2022, it received an "Excellent" rating for two consecutive years in the evaluation of wet waste disposal facilities in Shanghai.
Service Scope: Provides kitchen waste disposal and waste cooking oil processing needs for Minhang District, and provides kitchen waste (market) disposal services for the four northern towns of Minhang. At the same time, the kitchen waste disposal capacity reserves a certain margin, which can provide emergency support services for surrounding urban areas.
Final Output Value: 15.40 million euros per year.
