Total land area: 309 hectares.
The sanitary landfill was built in 2002, the overall planning of the park was completed in 2006, and from 2007 to 2020, various solid waste facilities such as landfill gas, Incineration, catering waste, and medical waste facilities and management, as well as research centers, were successively built. It has become the most influential solid waste circular economy industrial park in China.
Lujiashan Circular Economy Industrial Park in Beijing
The project covers an area of about 140 hectares, with a total investment of about 4.6 billion yuan.
The park construction utilizes exploited mines and optimizes site conditions through ecological restoration and other means while saving resources. It plans to construct solid waste treatment facilities such as domestic Incineration, catering waste, and construction waste, supplemented by education centers, research centers, and environmental parks, to create a national-level circular economy (venous industry) demonstration base.
