This project innovatively adopts a high liquid level biochemical treatment system, creating a demonstration project for the intensive, low-energy consumption, whole-process, and good water supply guarantee of aging leachate.

Jiujiang City Life Incineration Power Generation Project

Construction Scale: Daily household waste treatment capacity of 2,250 t/d, annual household waste treatment capacity of 821,200 t/y
Equipment Used: Internationally advanced grate incineration treatment process, equipped with 3 sets of 750 t/d incinerators, 2 sets of 25 MW steam turbines, and a 1,000 t/d household leachate treatment facility. The flue gas purification adopts a combination of "SNCR denitrification + semi-dry acid removal + dry acid removal + activated carbon adsorption + bag filter + flue gas recirculation" technology, with flue gas emissions exceeding national standards comprehensively reaching the EU 2010 standards. Household leachate treatment adopts advanced technology of "pre-treatment + IOC anaerobic reactor + MBR biochemical treatment system + TUF chemical softening + RO membrane system", achieving zero discharge and full reuse of household leachate. From the start of production on December 29, 2020, to December 31, 2023, the project has received and processed approximately 2.5 million tons of household waste within the service scope and transmitted 956 million kWh of green electricity to the State Grid.
