Harbin Heating Transformation Project
The Harbin Yinquan Life Incineration Power Generation Project is designed to process 2,250 tons of domestic waste per day, with the plant equipped with 3×750 t/d grate incinerators and 2 sets of 25 MW steam turbine generators.
Heating is provided through a combination of heat pumps and steam-water heat exchangers, covering an area of 280,000 m² with a supply and return water temperature of 95°C/50°C. The scope of design is for the internal renovation of the power plant and for Everbright Design Institute's EPC projects.
