Biogas Engineering

The Phase III project of the East Zone of Z-Park Fengtai Garden has a large demand for CCHP. It is suitable for the development of distributed biogas CCHP supply + multi-energy complementation. In order to implement concepts such as conservation and environmental protection, it is planned to build a biogas CCHP energy center representing the advanced level of international energy utilization. This center will provide air conditioning, heating, and partial electricity loads for the Fengtai Science Park area.

The project processes 1,000 tons of mixed raw materials (manure, expired food, etc.) per day, producing 30,000 cubic meters of biogas daily.
The main construction content of the project includes the construction of new blending ponds, grid trenches, feed ponds, anaerobic fermentation tanks, desulfurization towers, biofilter pools, settling ponds, biogas slurry pools, gas storage tanks, compressors, pumps and pipeline supports, biogas tanks, unloading rooms, distribution rooms, and organic fertilizer workshops.
